All orders must be paid in full or as agreed before production begins.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and others as listed on our site.
Custom-made items may require a deposit before processing.
3. Delivery and Pickup
We offer delivery services within specified areas. Delivery charges may apply.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
Customers may also pick up their orders at our workshop by appointment.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final on custom-made items.
If a product is defective or does not meet your specification, contact us within 3 days of delivery for assessment.
Refunds or replacements are processed based on our discretion after reviewing the case.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs are the property of Ecostyle Couture Limited.
Unauthorized copying or use of our designs or materials is prohibited.
6. Training & Apprenticeship
Training is subject to registration and payment of required fees.
Certification is issued upon successful completion and assessment.
Disciplinary actions may apply for misconduct or policy violations.

We value your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used to fulfill orders, provide services, and improve our offerings. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
